Max Louik

Max Louik currently serves as a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, where engagement began in April 2018, following a progression from Counsel to Senior Associate. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate at K&L Gates from September 2011 to April 2018, and earlier positions as a Summer Associate at K&L Gates and The Sam Bernstein Law Firm, along with a Student Attorney role at the Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender. Max Louik also gained experience as a Paralegal/Trial Preparation Assistant at the New York County District Attorney's Office and as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with City Year Boston. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and History from Brandeis University.
