Nick Austin

Nick Austin is a seasoned shipping and trade lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Reed Smith LLP since October 2019. In addition to this role, Nick holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Maritime London Officer Cadet Scholarship (MLOCS) since February 2019. Previously, Nick was a Partner at Clyde & Co LLP from February 2002 to October 2019, where initial experience as an Associate was gained. Earlier in Nick's career, a role as a Solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright was held from March 1996 to January 2002. Nick's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree obtained from the University of Exeter, with studies completed at Charterhouse and the College of Law.
