Nina Borders

Nina Borders is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in patent and trademark portfolio management, enforcement, and intellectual property-related contracts and technology transactions at Reed Smith LLP since May 2006. Prior to this role, Nina served as a process engineer at Abbott Laboratories from April 2000 to December 2004, specializing in antibiotic and microbial fermentation manufacturing and development, and at SPX FLOW, Inc. (formerly APV) from August 1996 to April 2000, focusing on manufacturing process design in the food, beverage, and dairy industries. Nina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
