Reggie McGahee

Reggie McGahee has a diverse work experience. Reggie currently holds the position of Global Head of Diversity Recruiting at Reed Smith LLP. Prior to this, they worked at Howard University School of Law, where they served as Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Admissions and Scholarships. In this role, they managed student on-boarding and development programs, as well as handled student recruitment and professional development. Reggie also served as the chief admissions officer and chief student affairs officer at the school. Before joining Howard University, Reggie worked as Assistant Dean/Dean of Admissions. Reggie was also recognized for their accomplishments by the National Bar Association, where they received the 40 Under 40 Honoree award in 2010 and the Young Lawyer of the Year award in 2008.

Reggie McGahee holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Intellectual Property Law from Howard University School of Law. Reggie also earned a B.A. with High Honors in Political Science from South Carolina State University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Public Policy at the Ralph Bunche Institute at the University of Virginia.
