Rohan Soni

Rohan Soni is an Associate at Reed Smith LLP since April 2019, specializing in Transportation and Asset Finance with a focus on aviation and shipping finance. Rohan has previously served as Legal Counsel (Secondee) at Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance from August 2023 to May 2024 and completed a Traineeship at HFW from February 2017 to March 2019, which included diverse seats in Commodities Litigation, Shipping Litigation, Trade Finance, and Ship/Asset Finance. Rohan also worked in the in-house legal team of SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd in 2018 and has participated in various legal workshops, including summer placements at HFW and Bristows Law Firm. Rohan holds an LPC in Law, MA in Business from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
