Soraya Arif

Soraya Arif is a Funds Finance Paralegal at Reed Smith LLP since October 2023, previously serving as the Managing Editor for City Law Review from November 2020 to October 2023. Soraya has experience supporting Afghan refugee children as a Teacher Assistant and Translator at St Edward's Catholic Primary School between October 2021 and April 2022. In addition to various legal internships at esteemed firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Allen & Overy, and HFW, Soraya held the position of Treasurer for the Afghan Society at City University from January 2020 to April 2020. Soraya earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City, University of London, after completing education at Bishop Douglass from 2012 to 2019.
