Stefanie Dai

Stefanie (Siyi) Dai is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, internal investigations, and IT, privacy, and cybersecurity law. Currently serving as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP since February 2019, Stefanie previously held positions as Lead Lawyer for Cargill Investments (China) Ltd. and provided general in-house counsel for Cargill, focusing on compliance matters such as anti-bribery and data privacy. Earlier, Stefanie completed summer law clerk and associate roles at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and contributed to research initiatives as a Business Analyst at the Clemson Center for China Studies. Stefanie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Clemson University, and a dual degree in Law and Economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
