Teddy To

Teddy To is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP since February 2023. Prior to this role, Teddy worked as a Dispute Resolution Associate at Grandall Law Firm in the People's Republic of China from August 2018 to February 2023 and previously completed a traineeship there. Experience also includes a position as a Legal Fellow at Justice Without Borders, where responsibilities included arranging pro bono representation for migrant workers pursuing labor claims from September 2017 to May 2018. Teddy's legal education comprises a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Hong Kong, complemented by an exchange programme at Tilburg University.
