Jaypal Sandhu

Jaypal Sandhu has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Jaypal started at Reed in 2010, where they held various roles such as Intern, Temporaries Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Executive Permanent Consultant, and Permanents Team Manager. During their time at Reed, Jaypal achieved significant success, including high billings and recognition as a top consultant in London. In 2016, they joined QA Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on technology and finance. Since 2018, Jaypal has been working at Reed Finance as a Recruitment Director, specializing in interims within the Charity, Not for Profit, and Public Sector.

Jaypal Sandhu attended Greenford High School from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their A Level degree in Physics, Maths, and Politics. Jaypal then went on to study Law at Birmingham City University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree.
