Kayleigh Hersey has a diverse range of work experience. Kayleigh started their career as an Administration Assistant at Warwickshire County Council, where they were responsible for office administration tasks, processing children's travel costs, data entry, and drafting correspondence. Kayleigh then joined Reed, where they held various roles, including Temporaries Consultant, Senior Permanents Consultant, Graduate Training Scheme and Internship Programme Manager, Internal Recruitment Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, Head of RSR Talent Acquisition. In their roles at Reed, Kayleigh was involved in volume and bespoke recruitment for a range of positions at over 200 locations throughout the UK. Kayleigh also managed recruitment strategies, teams, and processes, including selection tests and interviews. Kayleigh's experience demonstrates their ability to handle recruitment across different levels and departments, and their dedication to improving the business through hiring individuals with the right mindset. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Reed.
Kayleigh Hersey attended Binswood Sixth Form College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned A grades in English Literature and Language, Media Studies, Drama and Theatre Studies, and Psychology. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Loughborough University from 2007 to 2010, graduating with a 2.1 degree in Social Sciences.
