Ivaylo Kolev

Ivaylo Kolev has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Fleet Manager and Vetting Manager at REEDEREI NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG since August 2014, overseeing compliance for a fleet of eight tankers. Prior roles include Master Mariner and Marine Superintendent, with a solid background in tanker operations and safety management. Ivaylo's career began in navigational roles, progressing through ranks on oil and chemical tankers. With a Master's Degree in Nautical Studies and engineering credentials from the Naval Academy in Varna, Ivaylo also contributed as a trainer for maritime courses, ensuring high standards of crew readiness.
