Bryan McDonald

Bryan McDonald has extensive work experience in finance and business management. Bryan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Health Quality Innovators (HQI). Prior to that, they held the same position at ReedTMS Logistics, where they successfully transformed the accounting team and improved overall service. Bryan also played a crucial role in driving profitability and achieving record results at the company.

Before joining ReedTMS Logistics, Bryan held various leadership positions at LifeLink Foundation. As the Chief Operating Officer & CFO, they were responsible for the growth and financial results of multiple divisions and departments. Bryan led the turnaround efforts at LifeLink Tissue Bank and implemented sound business practices to manage revenue growth.

Bryan also worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a Flight Medic in the USAF earlier in their career.

Bryan McDonald completed their education in a chronological order. Bryan first attended Hillsborough Community College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, graduating in 1991. Continuing their studies at the same university, Bryan completed their Masters of Accountancy degree in Accounting from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bryan McDonald has obtained additional certifications. Bryan became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in May 1993 through the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). Later, they completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) offered by Eckerd College in 2017, obtaining a certification in this program.
