Glenton Gilzean

Glenton Gilzean is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in public service and community development. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Elections for Orange County since March 2024 and as the District Administrator for the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District since May 2023, Gilzean previously held significant leadership roles including President and CEO of the Central Florida Urban League, where recognition as one of Central Florida’s CEOs of the year by the Orlando Business Journal was achieved in 2019. Prior to this, Gilzean served as Vice President of Advocacy and Community Affairs at Step Up For Students, Florida's largest educational non-profit, advocating for family choice in education. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida.
