Kimberly Lawrence

Kimberly Lawrence, MSOL, is an experienced environmental specialist with a focus on pollution control and watershed management. Since April 2016, Kimberly has served as Environmental Specialist IV and Pollution Control Coordinator at Reedy Creek Improvement District, overseeing the Impaired Waters Rule, Basin Management Action Plan, and Total Maximum Daily Load programs. Prior experience includes serving as Stormwater Program Manager for Osceola County Government, where Kimberly managed the stormwater department, developed strategic plans, and managed budgets. Additionally, Kimberly has held roles as a Land Management Inspector and a science teacher, and began professional work as a gardener at Walt Disney World. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal & Plant Systems - Environmental Horticulture from the University of Minnesota.
