Jessica Mlinaric

Jessica Mlinaric is an accomplished writer and communications specialist with extensive experience in travel writing and corporate communications. Currently a contributing writer for Fodor's Travel, Jessica has contributed to notable travel guidebooks, including the 2022 and 2025 editions of 'Fodor’s Chicago.' As an author for Reedy Press since 2016, Jessica wrote 'Secret Chicago,' which has sold over 4,700 copies. Jessica held the position of Vice President at Northern Trust, where responsibilities included enhancing company culture communications and managing a weekly newsletter for 23,000 employees. Jessica began a marketing career at DMC Engineering, managing various digital marketing and communication strategies. Educational background includes a B.A. in English Literature from Miami University and study at the Miami University John E. Dolibois European Center in Luxembourg.
