Tina Nguyen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tina is currently working as a Product Manager at reef.ai since January 2022. At reef.ai, Tina utilizes machine learning to prioritize actions with customers and explores ML findings to provide context.

Prior to their current role, Tina worked at Textio as a Senior Product Specialist from November 2018 to October 2022. At Textio, they used artificial intelligence and natural language processing to analyze written communication and understand its impact on response rates.

From 2017 to 2018, Tina served as the Director at TransACT Communications, Education Software. Tina then joined ESC of Central Ohio as a Sr. Program Manager from 2015 to 2017, where they managed various programs.

Before that, Tina worked at Mayor Michael B. Coleman's office as the Lead Program Manager from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they partnered with Fortune 500 companies and education leaders to improve education equity and implemented programs to achieve the city's 2020 goals.

Tina's earlier experiences include working as a D.C. Teaching Fellow & Ambassador at TNTP from 2010 to 2012, and as an Inspired Teaching Fellow at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from 2010 to 2011. At the foundation, they were involved in the Literacy by Design program, connecting teachers across the U.S. through an online platform to share innovative literacy approaches for teaching STEM subjects.

Tina Nguyen holds a Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree in Education Policy & Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Education with a minor in French from California State University, Long Beach. In 2019, Tina began a Masters program in Computer Science at Northeastern University and completed one year of studies before their education history information was provided.
