Rachel Hickman

Rachel Hickman currently serves as Assistant Manager of Growth Marketing at Reef, having transitioned into this role in May 2023 after previously working as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Prior to this, Rachel served in various marketing roles at Hawaiian Airlines from November 2019 to August 2023, focusing on Direct and Email Marketing. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions as Digital Campaign Manager and Marketing Consultant at DigiZen Marketing Group from October 2016 to October 2019. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Organization & Innovation Management from Colorado State University, and has also pursued studies at Florence University of the Arts.
