Position Overview
The HR and Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the office while overseeing HR functions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and has the ability to manage day-to-day office operations seamlessly. The role requires balancing HR responsibilities with administrative office duties to support the growing needs of the company.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources (HR)
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
Administer payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company growth.
Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
Organize and lead training programs to support professional development.
Promote a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Office Management
Oversee office operations and ensure a well-maintained, organized, and efficient workplace.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related matters.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and employee activities.
Implement and oversee health and safety protocols within the office environment.
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR and/or office management role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
