Mathilda Syrén

Mathilda Syrén has worked in various roles throughout their career. Mathilda started with StikkiNikki Gelato in 2012 as an Ice Cream Vendor and then moved on to work as a Sales Assistant at Ted Baker in 2013. In 2015, they joined Academic Work as a Staffing & Recruitment Assistant and later became a Consultant Manager. Mathilda was responsible for recruitment processes, acted as an HR Business Partner, and managed tech consultants. Mathilda also handled employer branding, HR administration, and various HR-related tasks. In 2021, Mathilda joined System Verification as a Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, where they worked on innovation, efficiency, and security in software quality assurance. Currently, they hold the same position at Reinvent.

Mathilda Syrén received a Samhällsvetenskapligt program med inriktning samhällsvetenskap degree from Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium Jarlaplan in 2013. Mathilda then attended Uppsala University from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in a Program med inriktning mot personal- och arbetslivsfrågor.
