Jonathan Shih

Jonathan Shih has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jonathan is currently working as the VP of Partners at Reejig since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PagerDuty as the Senior Director Strategic Alliances Global SIs & MSP from July 2018 to November 2022. From June 2014 to July 2018, Jonathan held the position of Director, ADM Partnerships & Alliances at Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise), where they oversaw the DevOps BU Partnerships & Alliances program. Before that, they worked at Hewlett-Packard from 1995 to 2014, holding various roles including Director, Business Operations and Partnerships Programs, ADM and Senior Manager/Director, HPSW Globalization Strategy and Execution. Jonathan also served as the HPSW Globalization Program Manager and OpenMail Solution Delivery Engineer during their tenure at Hewlett-Packard. Jonathan's work experience demonstrates a strong background in strategic planning, partnerships, and global operations.

Jonathan Shih has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence - Natural Language Processing, from Kyoto University. Jonathan also holds two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, one in Computer Sciences and another in Mathematics, from UC Irvine. Additionally, Jonathan has a certification as a Certified Scrum Master.
