Alexander Yellen

Alexander Yellen is an experienced Director of Photography with a robust background in the film industry. Currently, Yellen serves as the Director of Photography for both MarVista Entertainment and Reel One Entertainment since March 2022. Prior experience includes directing and serving as Director of Photography for the television series Z Nation from April 2014 to September 2018, and holding the position of Director of Photography at The Asylum from 2007 to January 2014. Yellen began a freelance career in 2003, specializing in cinematography until 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Wesleyan University, obtained between 1999 and 2003, following attendance at St. Albans School in Washington, D.C., from 1990 to 1999.
