Shantale C. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, coaching, and project management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at Reel One Entertainment since October 2022, Shantale also operates Shantale Cyr Wellbeing Services, specializing in self-development and wellbeing coaching with a focus on anxiety and stress management, breath work, and guided meditation. Previously, Shantale held various roles at the Centre universitaire de santé McGill, including Manager & Executive Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed project management, research ethics, and teaching. As a Program Manager at McGill University, Shantale coordinated medical residency programs while supporting student academic and research needs. With a foundation in performing arts as a comédienne and experience in solutions consulting, Shantale possesses a comprehensive skill set complemented by advanced degrees from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier and Université de Montréal.
