Dounia Doumy

Dounia Doumy currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Reem Mall since January 2023. Previously, Dounia held multiple roles at ALDAR, starting as a Receptionist and advancing to Customer Service Supervisor, where tenure began in November 2012. Earlier experience includes the position of Guest Relations Executive at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi from September 2011 to November 2012.
