Ridho Ariono is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Recruitment Consultant Lead at PT. Reeracoen Indonesia since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ridho held the position of Recruiter Team Lead at EKRUT from August 2021 to March 2022 and spent over eight years at PT OS SELNAJAYA INDONESIA as Recruitment Consultant Team Lead. Ridho began the career as a Recruitment Intern at PT Astra International Tbk - TSO Auto2000 in 2012. Ridho holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Gunadarma, completed in 2011.
