Vika Chandra

Vika Chandra is a Corporate Planning Leader at PT. Reeracoen Indonesia since April 2019, specializing in workflow standardization and leading the "Online Training Project," achieving a 56% performance increase in new sales employees within 60 days. Previous experience includes serving as an Interpreter for the Finance Team at TOYO DENSO INDONESIA, PT from January 2017 to December 2017, and participating as a Buddy in the Intensive Course of Indonesian Language and Culture Program at Universitas Gadjah Mada in March 2016. Vika also tutored for the JLPT N3 & N5 exams from 2014 to 2015. Vika holds a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Universitas Gadjah Mada and attended Meiji University in 2015.
