Project Engineer at Reeves Construction Co., Inc.

Nick Molinaro has a diverse range of work experience. Nick currently works as a Project Engineer at Reeves Construction Company, where they assist the project manager on bridge construction and rehabilitation projects. Nick'sresponsibilities include handling job quantities, tracking on-site progress, and managing purchase orders and quotes to suppliers.

Prior to their current role, Nick worked as a Project Engineer at Richard E. Pierson Construction Co., Inc. from September 2020 to December 2021. Nick was involved in the Northeast Extension project on I-476 and was responsible for handling quantities and monitoring job progress.

Nick also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Pennoni in 2019 and 2018. During their internship in 2019, they worked in the office and lab, focusing on stormwater management reports, escrow releases, and land development plan reviews. In the lab, they conducted stress testing on concrete and collected samples from job sites for testing. In their 2018 internship, Nick learned how to stress test concrete and grout in the lab, as well as basic plan reviews in the office.

In addition, Nick had a Summer Internship at Pennoni in 2017, where they gained further experience in an office setting.

Nick's work experience began in 2016 as a Laborer at Premier Concrete, where they worked for two months during the summer.

Nick Molinaro attended Marple Newtown Senior High School from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their High School Diploma. After that, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their DOT certification from the U.S. Department of Transportation in October 2020, followed by a Flagger certification from the American Traffic Safety Services Association in September 2020. In January 2021, they completed the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Industry Outreach program from 360 Training. In January 2022, they obtained their Level II Initial: E&SC Certification from NCDOT, and in October 2022, they acquired the CEPSCI certification from SC DHEC.
