Tetiana Podolian

Tetiana Podolian is currently working as a Recruiter and Talent Sourcer at Reface. In their role, Tetiana collaborates with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, sources candidates for various positions, reviews resumes, pre-screens candidates, schedules interviews, and maintains a pool of candidates for future hiring needs. Tetiana is also responsible for managing the ATS system, providing job market analyses, and reviews. Prior to this, Tetiana worked as an Associate Receptionist at Innovecs. Tetiana holds a Master's degree in Business economy from Kyiv National Economics University.
