Jon Taylor

Jon Taylor has a diverse background in customer success and project management, currently serving in dual roles in Customer Success and Revenue and as Project Manager for Operations at Refersion by Pantastic since May 2022. Prior to this, Jon was the Head of Customer Success at Pillar Technologies, Inc. from December 2020 to May 2022. Jon also contributed to WeWork as a Senior Project Executive in Enterprise Services between January 2018 and December 2020, and held the position of Service Delivery Supervisor at the City of Salisbury from November 2011 to January 2018. Earlier in Jon's career, an Operations Supervisor role at Connex Communications Inc. was undertaken from January 2010 to November 2011.
