Maharshi Maitra

Maharshi Maitra is currently the Chief of Staff in the MD's Office at Refex Group. Prior to this, Maharshi held positions as a Manager at Bain & Company, a Management Intern at Equalize Health, and a Scientist in External Manufacturing at SABIC. With a background in Chemical Engineering, Maharshi has also worked at companies like Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Biocon in various process engineering roles. Maharshi's experience includes leading scale-up projects, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting development projects using tools like ReactIR and DOE.
