Yael Gairola

Yael Gairola currently serves as an Advisor at Bettter.us and PDS Ventures, as well as an Official Nominator for The Earthshot Prize. Additionally, Gairola holds board member positions at Refiberd, PDS Limited, and Finisterre. Previously, Gairola was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PANGAIA from January 2020 to December 2021, and Managing Director at Coats Digital from March 2016 to December 2019. Early career experience includes roles at Coats Plc as Group Director of Strategy and M&A, and Head of Commercial Strategy. Gairola earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters of Law from Columbia University.
