Dona Madiyar is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and agency relations. Since January 2023, Dona has served as the Manager of Agency Relations at Refine Development Management. Prior to this role, Dona worked at RAK Properties from July 2019 to February 2023 as a Sales Consultant, where responsibilities included negotiating prices and appraising property values. Earlier experience at TIME PROPERTIES DEVELOPER LLC from October 2017 to June 2020 focused on networking, sales, and client relationship building, which involved assisting in the sale and leasing of Freehold properties and conducting extensive market research. Dona holds a Bachelor's degree from Pedagogical University Uzbekistan and a high school diploma from Aviation College Uzbekistan.
