Rob Foster, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Controller at Reflections Holiday Parks since September 2023. Prior to this role, Foster held positions as Senior Commercial Manager at Anglican Care from April 2021 to September 2023 and as Finance Manager at Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network from January 2019 to April 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Finance Manager at dwp | design worldwide partnership and Commercial Manager at Hunter Development Corporation, contributing to the Senior Management team. Earlier roles include Finance Manager at Leeds Federated Housing Association and General Manager Finance & Administration at Challenge Community Services. Rob Foster holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Charles Sturt University and an Associate Diploma in Accounting from TAFE - New England.

Reflections is Australia's only social enterprise holiday park group, welcoming 2 million day visitors and overnight guests each year.
