Erick Mott

Erick Mott is the current Head of Communications at Reflektive. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Communications Consultant with Randstad Technologies US for one year, focused on rebuilding trust for Wells Fargo's Strategic Execution & Operations Office (PMO). Erick has also held the position of Head of Communications at Reflektive, where they were responsible for creating an integrated communication and content strategy that flawlessly positioned the company for the enterprise market and a Series C round of $60M in funding. Under their leadership, media coverage increased by 27% YoY with a fixed budget, and they launched the successful 'Growth Divide' research and thought leadership platform. Erick has rich knowledge about banking and the financial services industry, and is an expert in communication and content strategy.
