Jason Gay

Jason Gay is the current Recruiting Manager at Reflektive. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Talent at Nitro from February 2019 to January 2022. Jason has also worked as a Lead Recruitment Consultant at Simple The Marketing Performance Platform from July 2016 to September 2016.

Jason's experience in recruiting and talent management has helped him build a successful career in Human Resources. Jason is passionate about helping companies grow and develop their workforce. Jason is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, which has helped him excel in their role as a Recruiting Manager.
