Dave Balthazar

Dave Balthazar serves in a Partnerships role at Mill, starting in June 2023. Previously, at All Day Kitchens from August 2019 to May 2023, Dave held the position of Senior Product Manager, focusing on developing a delivery-optimized restaurant model and joining as the fifth employee. Before this, from May 2017 to June 2019, Dave was the Head of Biz Ops at Lovepop, a 3D greeting card startup known for being featured on Shark Tank, where Dave was the first generalist business hire. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Parthenon-EY from September 2013 to April 2017 and various positions at the same firm during 2012, along with internships at ProWorld and AstraZeneca in 2010. Dave Balthazar earned a degree from Duke University between 2009 and 2013.
