Joanne L. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in enterprise systems and business analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT at RefleXion Medical since February 2021, Joanne has progressed through various roles including Manager of Enterprise Systems and Senior Information Technology Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Business System Analyst II at Genentech from January 2017 to February 2021 and as Business Process Analyst at PayPal from August 2008 to October 2016.
