Jon Chung

Jon Chung is an accomplished technical support and engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical technology field. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Support Manager at RefleXion Medical since June 2020, Jon has held various technical support leadership roles, including Technical Support Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Previously, Jon worked at Verb Surgical Inc. as Technical Support Manager and Senior Product Support Engineer, and at GE Healthcare as XRay Modality Champion and Field Service Engineer. Jon began a career in service engineering at Linatech LLC and has experience in data analysis from a short tenure at JP Research, Inc. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
