Kalpana Natarajan

Kalpana Natarajan is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in healthcare technology. Currently serving as the Technical Lead Manager for Treatment Planning Systems at RefleXion Medical since July 2021, Kalpana previously held multiple roles at Flatiron Health from August 2015 to November 2021, including Staff Software Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating with third parties for EHR certification and the deployment of Electronically Prescribed Controlled Substances. Kalpana's earlier experience includes Senior Software Engineer positions at Elekta, where crucial web services and applications for critical patient data transfer were developed, and at Impac Medical Systems, focused on implementing desktop applications for electronic data transfer. Prior roles also include software engineering positions at iMedica and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, contributing to improvements in healthcare data management and application development.
