Aarti Pal is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Reflik since July 2017, Aarti has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent. Prior to this role, Aarti worked as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Covent Informatics from November 2014 to June 2017. Aarti holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, earned between December 2010 and May 2014.
