Valeria Novikova

Valeria Novikova is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently working at Refocus since November 2022 and is a Co-Founder of Learning Experience Collective since August 2022. Valeria has a strong background in online program development, having designed long-term professional retraining programs in fields such as Business Analysis, Digital Product Design, and Interior Design for various organizations, including Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Bang Bang Education. Responsibilities have included conducting preliminary research, developing curricula with experts, and enhancing student experiences through feedback analysis and innovative project presentations. Valeria holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from Saint Petersburg University of Technology and Design and has pursued further education at the School of Education.
