Geoff Plews

Geoff Plews is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently at Simplyhealth since February 2021, previously serving as a Learning Content Developer at Utility Alliance and npower. At Utility Alliance, Geoff developed engaging digital learning content to improve sales and soft skills, and transformed classroom training into a blended approach. Responsibilities included implementing a Learning Experience Platform, creating design templates, and collaborating with multiple teams for promotional content. During tenure at npower, Geoff utilized instructional design methodologies to create high-quality digital content, managed a Learning Management System, and delivered training sessions. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Vocational Certificate in Media Studies from Hartlepool College of Further Education and various GCSEs from English Martyrs Secondary School.
