Elise Cappadona

Elise Cappadona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Head of People at Reforge since March 2020, Elise has held multiple roles including Head of Recruiting and Talent Lead. Prior experience includes positions at Collective Health from September 2015 to February 2020, where Elise advanced from Recruiting Coordinator to Recruiting Lead and Talent Brand Manager. Earlier roles include Recruiting & Marketing Manager at International Student Volunteers, Primary/Secondary English Teacher in the French education system, and experience with Global Public Relations at The MathWorks. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs with magna cum laude honors from Northeastern University, alongside an educational background from City College of San Francisco.
