Christine Dowell's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Christine is currently a Logistics Manager at Reform | kitchens since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Reform | kitchens, Christine worked at Tompkins Insurance, where they held several positions. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the AVP Personal Lines - Customer Care Center Supervisor, overseeing a team of 18 employees and managing day-to-day activities. Christine also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer, focusing on developing and implementing training programs and procedures. Earlier in their career, Christine was a Practice Manager at LDC/PDC, a dental office, from 2002 to 2017. Here, they supervised various administrative tasks and ensured excellent customer service. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as a Project Manager at DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc, where they provided skill-coaching and worked on improving business processes and communication.

Christine Dowell attended Canisius College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
