Taylar Aguilar

Taylar Aguilar is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and operations across prominent brands. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail Store Environments & Operations at Reformation since November 2019, Taylar also holds roles in new store openings and previously managed Ref Vintage. Prior experience includes working as an Area Manager at Faherty Brand, as well as positions at Aritzia, Planet Blue Malibu, and Cusp by Neiman Marcus, where responsibilities encompassed visual merchandising, sales strategy, staff training, and communication with corporate teams. Taylar holds an Associate degree in Visual Communications from FIDM, attained between 2008 and 2010.
