Sahaja Balla

Sahaja Balla has a diverse range of experiences in the field of materials science and engineering. They have worked on projects involving the characterization and mechanical testing of composites, as well as research on furnace operations in a steel plant. Currently serving as a Projects and Communication Manager at the World Refractories Association, they also have experience in sales engineering and junior sales management in the technical ceramics industry. Their academic background includes a Master's thesis focused on the development of Zirconia Toughened Alumina.
