Luis Paisan

Luis Paisan has a diverse work experience, spanning over several companies in various industries. Luis currently holds the position of HR Director at Refresco, the world's largest independent bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices. Prior to this, they served as the HR Director at SanLucar Fruit, an FMCG company known for its well-known brand. Luis also worked as the HR Manager at Martinez Loriente, an industrial company with multiple production plants, and at Wrigley, a multinational confectionary company. Luis started their career at Ahold, where they coordinated recruitment and internal promotions, and also worked as the HR Manager at Centros Comerciales Continente. Throughout their career, Luis has focused on developing HR strategies, hiring top talent, and creating a healthy work environment.

Luis Paisan holds a Master's degree in International Talent Management and Strategic Development from the Universidad Europea (2015-2016). Luis also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nebrija (1990-1995).
