Mariette Huitema

Mariette Huitema is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in learning, development, compensation, and benefits. Currently serving as Group HR Manager for Refresco since September 2012, Mariette oversees reward practices for top executives across nine countries in Europe and North America and provides support to the Remuneration Committee.
