Tom Novak

Tom Novak has held various finance and leadership roles throughout their career. Currently, they are the Director of Commercial Finance at Refresco, where they are responsible for product pricing, trade spend, contract manufacturing commercial accounting, and controls. Prior to this, Tom served as the Assistant Vice President of Finance at SalonCentric - A Subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, where they were responsible for controlling, business planning, and reporting of Partner Brand P&L results.

Before SalonCentric, Tom worked at Dell Technologies, holding multiple roles including Sr Manager, FP&A Latin America, Controller - North Latin America, Central America and Caribbean, Sr. Manager Go To Market and Strategic Operations, Finance Manager - Latin America, and Financial Analyst. Tom also gained experience as a Financial Analyst at EMC and Motorola GMBH during their earlier years in the industry.

Tom started their career as an Account Executive at Ambit Technology and later worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Merisel. Overall, Tom Novak has a strong background in finance, controlling, and business planning, with extensive experience in various industries.

Tom Novak received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from North Carolina State University from 1994 to 1998. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina from 2001 to 2003.
