Toni Antila

Toni Antila has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Commercial Director at Refresco since April 2016. Prior to this, Toni Antila worked at Hartwall from 1998 to April 2016, where roles included Field Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Brand Manager focused on Karjala and domestic specialty beers, Space Management Designer, and Merchandiser. Key responsibilities included brand strategy execution, product range development, consumer promotions, sales force coaching, and POS data analysis. Toni Antila's education includes an Executive MBA in Creative Leadership from the Management Institute of Finland, a program in Orchestrating Winning Performance from IMD, and participation in the Future Executive Program at JTO.
