Yana Blaesig

Yana Blaesig has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Yana is currently serving as the VP People and Culture at Refresco Europe, where they are responsible for shaping and driving the strategic People and Culture agenda across Europe, as well as being a member of the European Board. Prior to this, Yana held the position of People Director Europe at The HEINEKEN Company, where they were a member of the European Leadership Team. Yana also served as the People and Culture Director for Russia at HEINEKEN. Before joining HEINEKEN, Yana worked as the Human Resources Director at Sberbank. Yana has also held various positions at Kingfisher plc, including Director of Corporate Communications and Org Development, HR Director at Castorama Russia, and Head of Organizational Development at METRO Cash and Carry. Yana also worked as a Global HR Systems and Controlling Manager and a Regional Human Resources Manager at METRO Cash and Carry. Yana started their professional career as a Store HR Manager at METRO Cash and Carry.

Yana Blaesig completed executive education in HIMAC at INSEAD in 2019. In 2010, they attended WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. From 1996 to 2001, Yana Blaesig studied Org Development & Leadership at Kuban State University/KubSU.
